About UsAt the Cape Coast Chamber we are relentlessly promoting and protecting the interests of the local business sector.

The very reason for the establishment of the Cape Coast Chamber ten years ago was to look after the specific interests of businesses in the area.  The Chamber networks and negotiates on behalf of its members.  As a result, major breakthroughs have been achieved, such as capping the property rates increases to 15% maximum for the Milnerton area, thus saving residents and property owners thousands!

Requests or needs from our members are always followed up, such as the need for a messenger service in the area, dangerous road crossings, environmental issues affecting businesses, the pros and cons of unification.

Our responsibility towards our members is to continue protecting their needs during our interaction with roleplayers at local, provincial and national level.

We act as the local Voice of Business and strive to create a climate favourable for progressive economic development. Our area of jurisdiction stretches from Paarden Eiland to Saldanha.

The regular discussions between the Municipality and the Chamber are beneficial towards both parties, ensuring excellent communication and goodwill. The Chamber also networks closely with local tourism ventures.
